Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all relations between Global Couture Creation, LLC, trading as Zafaf Maghreb ("the Seller") and any individual or legal entity ("the Customer") making a purchase on zafafmaghreb.com or at our atelier.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

  • Bespoke creations made to your measurements

3. Ordering

3.1 Catalog pieces

The order becomes firm upon payment and confirmation by email.

3.2 Bespoke pieces

  1. Validation of a personalized quote
  2. A 50% deposit at the time of order
  3. Submission of your measurements (form or appointment)
  4. The remaining 50% before shipping

Average production time is 4 to 10 weeks depending on complexity.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in EUR by default, with optional display in USD, GBP, CAD or MAD.

  • Prices include applicable taxes where required
  • For international deliveries: customs duties and local taxes may apply and remain the Customer's responsibility
  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via secure gateway
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (US ACH / international SWIFT to our Mercury business account)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Installment payment (on request)

6. Delivery

6.1 Lead times

  • In-stock pieces: 2 to 5 business days in Morocco, 5 to 10 days international
  • Bespoke pieces: usually 4 to 10 weeks

6.2 Carriers

We work with DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex and La Poste / Amana.

6.3 Tracking

A tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is shipped.

6.4 Reception

If the parcel is damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery or issue written reservations to the carrier within 3 days.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • Catalog (ready-to-wear) pieces: 14-day withdrawal period from receipt
  • Bespoke and personalized pieces: no right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalents)

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted under strict conditions. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Guarantees

  • Conformity with description and validated measurements
  • No manufacturing defect for 6 months after receipt
  • Free repairs for defects unrelated to abnormal use

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (photos, designs, texts, embroidery patterns) are the exclusive property of Global Couture Creation, LLC. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

12. Force majeure

Global Couture Creation, LLC cannot be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from force majeure.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Global Couture Creation, LLC is incorporated. The competent courts will be those of the State of Delaware.

For consumer customers residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Morocco, the mandatory provisions of their local consumer protection law remain applicable.
